Whew! We had to take break for lunch.
It's getting to be a [very good] Christmas tradition...
Tenderloin roast, with sauce bernaise (a new addition to
the tradition), mushroom and rice casserole, and
vegetable casserole. Another 'first annual' tradition was
the fruit cocktail, in a heavy syrup made with vanilla
pudding mix. Yum yum! Of course, we were too full for
desert!
