The tree was beautiful! A bit smaller than usual, because we didn't want it to fill up the room in case a prospective buyer might want to see the house, it had been pre-drilled and fitted with a base at the lot. However, the base leaked, and we could put only a little water in the tree at a time. It really wasn't a problem, but we didn't burn the lights when we couldn't be there to keep an eye on things.
